How do I place an order with your website?

 

In just a few clicks you can place your order securely

 

Viewing

Simply browse our website by highlighting the department that you are interested in viewing. Our sub-departments will show automatically, and you can click to choose which page you would like to view, e.g. highlighting 'watches' will show you 7 departments; clicking on one of these departments i.e. 'Retro Revival 70s Watches' will open this department.

Ordering

Once you see an item you wish to purchase. Click on the ‘basket’ sign next to the item’s price. This will open a small window showing you the item you have chosen. You now have the option to ‘add to basket’ or ‘cancel.’

Clicking ‘add to basket’ will add your chosen product to your basket. The basket will show you your chosen item. You have the option to ‘continue shopping’ or ‘go to checkout,’ and also to ‘delete’ the product from the basket.

Clicking ‘go to checkout’ will open a new page showing you the current ‘total’ of your order. Clicking on ‘secure payment by Paypal’ will prompt you to read and accept our ‘terms & conditions.’

 

How do I pay for my order?

All orders are charged and payable in GBP Sterling. Foreign currencies are a guide only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the conversion.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Debit Card, American Express via Paypal, and also payments from your Paypal account. We also accept Cheques & Uncrossed Postal Orders made out to:

We use Globecharge to securely process your orders.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. When entering your details, our website is in secure mode via the Globe Charge Secure Ordering System. You will see padlock icons in each field you are about to type in information, as well as padlock icons at the bottom right hand side of the screen, and again at the top of the screen next to the Globe charge website URL. This indicates that the information you type is encrypted via Industry Standard SSL (secure socket layer).

How do I use Paypal for my order?

Once you have accepted our terms & conditions, you automatically enter your details on the Globe Charge Secure Ordering System. You then automatically proceed to Paypal’s Secure Payment System. Here you can view your order number, total, and see that your payment is been made to Organic Healing Centre Ltd, who owns Shopping Plaza.

Paypal instructions:

1.      Log in to Paypal - This is for Paypal account holders. (right of the screen)

2.      Click Continue Checkout – This is for New Customers to Paypal. (left side of screen)

 

You can enter your credit card / debit card details and process the order payment in just a few clicks!

 

When will I receive my order?

 

All products are subject to availability. We try to dispatch items within 2 working days and watches within 4-7 working days, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Items should be received within 7 working days, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Payments by cheque incur further delays, and items are dispatched once payment has cleared in our account.

 

Delivery

 

*Mainland UK - NOT including Scot. Islands, any off shore Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or the Isle of Wight. Signature required for all deliveries. All items returned to us and our suppliers that require a re-delivery will be charged at the original delivery price, prior to special Free delivery offer. Re-delivery fees vary with each product.

 

I ordered multiple items will they all be dispatched together?

 

This depends on what you have ordered, we try to keep items together but that is not always possible. You may receive items separately, and we would always inform you of this.

 

I received my product but I have changed my mind, can I send it back?

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you have changed your mind; please email us at customercare@shopping-plaza.co.uk for a DRN (direct return number) within 24 hours. You will need to enclose the DRN inside your parcel. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return your item(s) within 7 days from the day you received it, at your own expense.

 

(Items returned without a DRN will incur delays in processing of a refund)

 

Returned items must be in their original saleable condition, undamaged and unopened packaging with all seals intact, as when you received the Products. In order for a refund to be issued, the Products returned must be deemed to be in an acceptable condition by us, prior to the refund being authorised.

 

For your protection, when you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service. You are responsible for the products while in transit and we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the products to us, unless, we have delivered the item/s to you in error or the item/s are faulty. 

 

If I have a problem with a product, what should I do?

 

Please contact us as soon as possible, do not delay. There are Time Limitations for notification of claims. If your goods were damaged in transit, ensure that you make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 days from delivery of the problem and email images of the item(s) if broken and also images of the box the item was delivered in, to us at customercare@shopping-plaza.co.uk. We need these in order to start a claim with the carrier used to deliver your item, and in order to begin to replace your item, or if the item is no longer available, we will refund the item in full.

 

I am really happy with my item, how can I leave some product feedback?
