When you submit an order on this Website, you warrant that the information you provide as a customer when registering with us is true, correct, accurate, valid and complete in all respects; and that the payment details you provide with your order are true, correct, valid and complete in all respects and that payment will be made in full, when your order is accepted and processed by us.

Order Acceptance and Binding Contract
All products are subject to availability. Our graphic designers take great care to ensure that the colours of products are accurately represented. The limitations of the web screen may mean a slight variation in colour. All sizes are approximate.
When you place your order to purchase a product from www.shopping-plaza.co.uk, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or acceptance from www.shopping-plaza.co.uk. Order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and www.shopping-plaza.co.uk will take place on dispatch of your order to you, and you will receive an Order Acceptance and Dispatch Email, unless, we have not accepted your order and informed you of this in an email. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in an Order Acceptance and Dispatch E-mail to you, have not been dispatched, and do not form part of that contract.
All Orders are charged and payable in GBP Sterling. Foreign currencies are a guide only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

Delivery:
Free delivery is offered as a promotional offer to Mainland UK*. Shopping Plaza can end the free delivery offer at any time, without notice. Delivery is made by us, our representatives or our suppliers. Most products are shipped within 2 days, watches and some products between 4-7 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays), although delivery can take up to 15 days for some made to order items. Signature required for all deliveries. Where delivery has been attempted and you were unavailable, you will be carded, or contacted by phone, with details for a second delivery. If you are unavailable for the second delivery or you have failed to contact the courrier or failed to pick up your products from your local depot, your products will be returned to us, or returned to our suppliers or representatives. You will be charged for a re-delivery at the following rates:

Medium Items - Regular Hammocks/Chairs/Baby Hammocks etc Re-delivery fee of £9.50

Large Items - Large Hammocks/Stands Re-delivery fee of £22.00
- Chandeliers/ Large Lighting Re-delivery fee of £40.00
Extra Large Items - Large Chandeliers Re-delivery fee of £49.00

* Free delivery applies to Mainland UK only! It does not apply to Scot. Islands, Off shore Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight etc. If you require delivery in these areas please email customercare@shopping-plaza.co.uk for a delivery quote.
We are unable to deliver to the USA & Canada at the present time.
Contract Order Cancellation
Under the
You have the right to return all unwanted Products within 7 days, beginning the day after the day on which the item/s are delivered. The products must be in the original saleable condition, undamaged and unopened packaging with all seals intact, as when you received the Products. In order for a refund to be issued, the Products returned must be deemed to be in an acceptable condition by us, prior to the refund being authorised.
Once we have accepted your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the item/s. However please note that we do not refund any delivery charges. All unwanted Products are subject to a 10% admin and restocking charge of the total purchase price.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged product, please provide evidence of the damage to us within 2 days from the time you received the product. Please call us on 0871 566 1612 and please email your image/s of the damaged product to us at customercare@shopping-plaza.co.uk These images will be assessed by us and/or our suppliers. Once we have accepted the product as damaged goods we will begin the process of replacing the product or if the product is no longer available, we will refund the product in full.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims:
Damage in transit:
If your goods arrive damaged, you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 days from delivery.
Shortages:
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.
Incorrect Goods:
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied immediately from delivery and we will advise you of the correct procedure for rectifying this.
Returning Goods
For your protection, when you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service. You are responsible for the products while in transit and we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the products to us, unless, we have delivered the item/s to you in error or the item/s are faulty.
Free Gifts:
Free gifts which were sent with your order must also be returned undamaged, and in the exact saleable condition with seals intact, as when you received them, otherwise you may be charged for them.
